Subject
1.1. With this document, we would like to inform you about our responsibilities as your personal data the Administrator and your rights when processing your personal data in connection with the use of our website and the work with personal data in our company in general.

1.3 As a natural person, you are the subject of personal data that is processed.
1.4. Personal data means any information or combination of information that enables the identification of a specific natural person.
1.5. Personal data processing means any operation or set of operations involving personal data or personal data files that is carried out with or without the help of automated procedures such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or altering, searching, viewing, using, making available by transmission, dissemination or any other making available, sorting or combining, limiting, deleting or destroying.

2.1. Whenever we wish to process your personal data, we inform you of the reason why we will process your personal information or for what purpose we ask you to consent to the processing of personal data.

Legal reasons for processing personal data
4.1 We may process your personal data if at least one of the following legal reasons is present:

- processing is necessary for the performance of the contract to which you are a party, or for carrying out the measures taken prior to the conclusion of the contract at your request
- processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on the administrator by law or public authority
- processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate or third party interests, except where your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms requiring the protection of personal data take precedence over those interests.

Your rights
5.1 You have the right to access your personal data. Access to personal data means the right to obtain from the Administrator information (confirmation) whether or not your personal data is processed and if processed, you have the right to obtain such personal data and at the same time you have the right to obtain the following information:
- processing purposes the categories of personal data concerned
- a list of recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed
- the planned period for which personal data will be stored
- the existence of the right to request from the Administrator the rectification or deletion of personal data
- the right to object
- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority any available information on the source of the personal data, unless it is obtained from the data
- subject automated decision making, including profiling
5.2 You have the right to correct inaccurate personal data concerning you.
5.3 You have the right to delete personal data provided that at least one of the following conditions is met:
- personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed
- you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal reason for processing
- you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for processing
- personal data were processed unlawfully
- personal data must be deleted in order to fulfill a legal obligation
5.4 You have the right to restrict the processing of personal data subject to at least one of the following conditions:
- you deny the accuracy of your personal information
- the processing of personal data is unlawful
- we will refuse to delete your personal information and instead ask for restrictions on its use
- we no longer need personal information for processing purposes, but you require it to identify, exercise or defend legal claims
- you disputed processing
5.5 You have the right to data portability, or the ability, under certain conditions, to obtain personal data concerning you that you have provided us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transfer this data to another Administrator without preventing this. At the same time, if you request, you also have the right to have your personal data transferred in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format to another Administrator, if technically feasible, under the following conditions: consent or contract and at the same time processing is carried out automatically. In complying with the right to portability, we must not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
5.6 For reasons specific to your particular situation, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data which are processed for legal reasons when processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests or of a third party.
5.7 Upon objection, we will not process your personal data unless we can prove serious, legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your interests or rights and freedoms, or to determine, exercise or defend legal claims.
5.8 In particular, personal data processing for the purposes of direct marketing or automated profiling can also be raised. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for that purpose, as is the case with automated profiling.
5.9 If you give us permission to process personal data, you have the right to revoke it at any time. Just let us know by email, letter, phone or any other method we can process.

Article 6
Duration of personal data storage
6.1. We will only process your personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which we or your third parties have obtained it or for as long as the law requires us to keep this information.
6.2. We will only process personal data for which you consent to us for the purpose for which you consent and for as long as you entrust it to us. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Please let us know your withdrawal of your consent.

7.2. Your data will be processed only by our employees or suppliers, who are in urgent need for their activities so that we can always provide you with the best services and goods. Other employees will not have access to your data.
7.3. At the same time, the highest possible level of technical security is a matter of course for us, which we will constantly increase so that we can always provide your personal data with the highest standard of security.
